To make changes to your recurring coffee subscription, follow these steps below:
1. Log into your account using your email address and password linked to previous orders.
2. On the Account Details screen, locate the Manage Subscription text. It can be tough to differentiate but, this is a clickable link.
3. Once you click the Manage Subscription link, you'll be dropped on the Subscription Orders overview. This will give you details about the coffee you're subscribed to as well as the next shipping/charge date and the interval at which it ships.
4. Click Edit to make changes to that item. You're in control of the following things per item:
Change next shipment date
Change product quantity
Change delivery schedule
Update payment information
Change product variant
Shipping / Billing address
You will need to edit/update each item you're subscribed to any time you make changes and finish by clicking Save.
NOTE: This rule applies to subscription freebies. You won't see these extras in the Subscription Orders overview. Instead, to edit freebies click on Delivery And Charge Schedule.
5. Delivery And Charge Schedule will give you a full overview of all the items you get with your subscription. This includes coffee and freebies.
6. Any time you make changes to coffee shipping dates and schedules, make sure you update your freebie attachments as well. This is necessary to ensure that the next time your coffee ships out, all the extras are added to the package.
